Conference registration fee
Conference registration fee includes the formal registration, conference bag, abstract volume, coffee breaks, Intra-conference excursion, Icebreaker reception and the lunches in restaurant closest to the conference venue. The fee for accompanying persons includes the Icebreaker reception, Intra-conference excursion, lunches in the same restaurant and two days of guided city tours. The early-bird rates are available when paid before 1st April 2017. Then the rates for all groups will rise 50€ per person.
The Conference Dinner with musical entertainment in the Old Town on 9th July will cost 55€.
Both conference excursion fees ensure 4 night stays, travel by the buss and ferries, lunches, access to the outcrops and permission of collecting in most localities, guided tours in the museums and the excursion guide book.  Different from our first plan we have included the accommodation in Tallinn on a night before the trip to guarantee early leaving on the morning of 4th July.

Financial support
There will be a small amount of financial assistant available for students from behalf of IGCP 653 Project and some private backers. Please contact to express your interest until 1st April! Some funding from IGCP 653 is available to students and participants from developing nations contributing talks or posters relating to the Great Ordovician Biodiversification Event. A good news - the Palaeontological Association supports the 6th International Conference on Trilobites and their Relatives. The funds are made available to cover the Conference Registration fee of ten people. Please contact us immediately in order to get support!

Cancellation
Refunds of 50% of the conference and excursion fees will be paid if the cancellation is received before 31st May, 2017. No refunds are possible after this date.
